本课程将引导学生在前期人力资源管理课程的理论学习基础上,通过案例分析、方案设计、角色扮演、公文筐测试、沙盘游戏等方法,模拟解决企业人力资源管理系统的各个主要环节的问题,如人力资源管理人员的职责与角色、战略人力资源管理、组织结构与岗位分析设计、员工招聘与配置、培训与职业生涯管理、绩效管理、薪酬激励等。培养学生将理论与实践结合起来的能力,重视人力资源管理与企业战略、企业文化、不同员工群体需求、企业管理工作的其他各方面等的互动关系。让学生能逐步了解和熟悉现代企业发展中人力资源管理工作,从而为将来的管理实践活动提供知识和能力基础。

 

This course will guide students in the preliminary study on the theory of human resource management courses, through the case analysis, scheme design, role playing, in-tray testing, methods of sand table games, simulation to solve the enterprise human resources management system of each main link problems, such as the responsibilities and role of human resource management, strategic human resource management, organizational structure and job analysis and design, recruitment and staffing, training and career management, performance management, compensation incentive, etc. This course will train the students' ability to combine theory with practice, attach importance to human resource management and enterprise strategy, enterprise culture, the different employee groups demand, and other aspects of business management, etc. This course will let the students understand gradually and be familiar with human resource management in modern enterprise development work, thus get oundation knowledge and ability for future management practice.
